Bulk Orders & Additional Shipping Expenses
For bulk orders, including six or more eyeshadow palettes, additional shipping charges will apply. These charges are calculated after the initial purchase due to the increased weight and handling requirements. An invoice for the additional shipping fees will be sent to you and must be paid before your order can be shipped. Cancellation and Order Modification Policies
For USA Residents:

Cancellation: Cancellation of orders is not guaranteed.
All cancelations will incur a 10% transaction fee, regardless of reasoning for the cancelation. Please be certain of your purchase before finalizing your order. - Order Changes: Changes to orders are subject to product availability and are not guaranteed.

General Cancellation Policy:
- Confirmation: Please be certain of your purchase before placing an order. We only have a 24-hour window to cancel orders, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Shipping Cue: If your order has already entered our shipping queue, we are unable to cancel it.
Exception for Pre-Orders:
- Pre-Order Cancellations: If you have been waiting for a pre-order for 9 weeks or longer, you can request cancellation by email. A 15% transaction fee and a 15% restocking fee to our manufacturer will be deducted from the total price paid.
Rights to Cancel:
- Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of these Terms, with or without notice to you.
- Fraud or Misuse: We also reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse delivery if we believe there may have been fraud or misuse.

Returns & Refunds
Due to a recent change in Shopify's Terms and Conditions, all returns will be subject to a 15% transaction fee of the total order price, including taxes and shipping expenses.
Refund Policy:
- Delivered Orders: We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Return Eligibility: We only accept returns for unused, unopened products. Please ensure that any returned items meet these criteria to be eligible for a refund.
- Return Shipping Expenses: Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer and not Ensley Reign Cosmetics.

Delivery Confirmation: Upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier through the provided tracking number, we are not responsible for items that are not received at the designated address. In such cases, we recommend initiating a lost parcel claim with the carrier.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a refund for the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable for undeliverable packages or those marked as return to sender.
- Customs and Duties: If a package is returned to us due to issues with customs clearance or unpaid duties and fees, a refund for the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Damaged Products
At Ensley Reign Cosmetics, we take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We sincerely apologize if your items arrived damaged.
Shipping and Handling:
- All eyeshadows are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL and are carefully packed.
- Minor issues such as loose flecks of eyeshadow in the palettes, rubbed "packaging" details or small nicks can naturally occur during transit and are not considered damaged.
How to Report Damaged Eyeshadows:

Email: Send an email to customer service at info@ensleyreign.com within 48 hours with the following information:
- Order number.
- Clear photo of the item(s) showing their condition (please do not send close-up photos; eyeshadows must be photographed in their original packaging).
- Photo of the outside of your shipping box.
- Photo of the inside of your shipping box with packing materials.
- Photo of your packing slip, if one was provided.
Note: Notifying us of a damaged item via social media does not count as notification.
Damaged Items and Route Protection:
- Claims Process: If your order arrives with damaged items and you opted for Route protection, please initiate a claim using the Route platform within 20 days of shipment. For claim initiation, visit: Route Claims.
- Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection during checkout. This added layer of protection ensures comprehensive insurance coverage for your items during their journey to your doorstep. Your peace of mind is important to us, and with Route Protection, your order is shielded against unforeseen events.
Address Change Policy for International Orders and Replacements
Please note that we are unable to change the shipping address on any international orders once they have been placed. Additionally, for any replacement shipments, including those covered by Route Package Protection or other means, we cannot alter the delivery address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Limitation of Liability
Ensley Reign Cosmetics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
