Bulk Orders & Additional Shipping Expenses
For bulk orders, including six or more makeup palettes, additional shipping charges will apply. These charges are calculated after the initial purchase due to the increased weight and handling requirements. An invoice for the additional shipping fees will be sent to you, and it must be paid before your order can be shipped. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions regarding your order.

Cancellation and Order Modification Policies
General Cancellation Policy:

All Cancellations Incur Fees: All cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee covers costs associated with order processing and restocking inventory. Please be certain of your purchase before finalizing your order.

Cancellation Window: Provided your order has not shipped or entered our shipping queue, you may email us at info@ensleyreign.com within 1 hour of placing your order to request cancellation. Cancellation after the 1-hour window will also incur the 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Queue: Once an order has entered our shipping queue or been packed for shipment, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Order Changes: Changes to orders are subject to product availability and are not guaranteed.
Missed Coupon Codes:
- If you forget to use a coupon code at checkout, we cannot retroactively apply the code, and refunds will not be issued for missed discounts.
Rights to Cancel:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order if we believe, at our sole discretion, that it may result in a violation of our terms.
- We also reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse delivery if we believe there may have been fraud or misuse.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review the following return and refund guidelines:

Delivered Orders: We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic items. Please make purchases responsibly.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a refund for the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Customs and Duties: If a package is returned due to customs clearance issues or unpaid duties, a refund for the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Delivery Confirmation:
Upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier through the provided tracking number, we are not responsible for items not received at the designated address. In such cases, we recommend initiating a lost parcel claim with the carrier.
Damaged Products
At Ensley Reign Cosmetics, we take every measure to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We sincerely apologize if your items arrive damaged.
Shipping and Handling:
All eyeshadows are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL and are carefully packed. Minor issues such as loose flecks of eyeshadow, small nicks, or rubbed packaging details may naturally occur during transit and are not considered damaged.
How to Report Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@ensleyreign.com within 48 hours with the following:
- Order number.
- Clear photo of the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Photo of the outside and inside of the shipping box, showing the packing materials.
- Clear photo of the packing slip.
Damaged Items and Navidium Package Protection:
- If your order arrives damaged and you opted for Navidium Package Protection, you must contact us within 48 hours to initiate a claim
- We highly recommend purchasing Navidium Package Protection during checkout for additional coverage.
Address Change Policy for International Orders and Replacements
Please note that we are unable to change the shipping address on any international orders once they have been placed. Additionally, for replacement shipments, including those covered by Navidium Package Protection, we cannot alter the delivery address.
Limitation of Liability
Ensley Reign Cosmetics shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Ensley Reign Cosmetics reserves the right to terminate these terms and conditions, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, without notice. Provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.
