Lip Velvets

Ensley Reign Cosmetics Matte Lip Velvets are a lIquid lipstick with high intensity pigmentation for an instant bold matte lip. Our Lip Velvets have a velvety high-fashion matte finish which envelops lips in rich, long wearing color. It applies as a creamy liquid but after a few minutes it dries to a matte finish.

**PLEASE NOTE**
Deeper colored lip velvets require a more specific and precise application. Please be sure to read and follow the directions for proper application.

How to apply:

1. Ensure lips are exfoliated, well moisturized and clean before application.
2. Wipe excess product off applicator. A little goes a long way. Too much product on the applicator can cause your lip color to look streaky it crumbly.
3. Apply a THIN layer, avoiding swiping applicator back and several times.

*Tips: Try applying a thin layer of lip primer before application and avoid oily/greasy foods.

*Make sure lips are well moisturized and exfoliated before application.
